A 1-hour course on fatigue, fear of complaints, and the quiet colleague who is not ‘fine’ — without turning the practice into a therapy group.
Course aim
Help the team look after themselves and each other well enough to work safely, and know where real help sits when a chat is not enough.
What you will be able to do
- 1Describe how fatigue, isolation and complaint-fear affect safe dentistry
- 2Respond to a struggling colleague without diagnosing them or gossiping
- 3Use occupational health, GP and urgent pathways instead of ‘just trying harder’
- 4Spot when health may affect fitness to practise and must be raised as a concern
Suitable for: the whole team, including reception and practice managers.
If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or NHS 111. This course is knowledge CPD, not counselling. It does not claim to treat mental illness.
